Quite simply put a superb Father Christmas which was believable, my children adored him and he knew them both, very clever. Set in a wonderful log cabin of stature, no garden centre or shopping centre rubbish here. It really was the best “ Father Christmas “ we have ever met!
Father Christmas,Elves and your self were so incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Jake and Tallin both said it was the best! I have never seen my little grandson Jake so spellbound.
It really was very kind of you to give me a present of a “Pink fluffy reindeer” to pass onto our Granddaughter Arabella who is autistic and cried off.
It will be given to her on Sunday. I know her parents will be very touched
We would like to be put on a list for next year and probably have a visit in Little london Heathfield by Father. Christmas at our home rather than coming to his Cabin (so beautifully presented)

We visited Father Christmas today in Calverley Park Tunbridge Wells. Our three grandchildren, myself my husband our son and daughter in law .
We were delighted with the greeting from the elf on the desk outside the cabin . The children were amazed the elf knew their names!
Father Christmas was exactly as we’d imagined. He was kind, funny and our grand children Henry, Darcey and Arabella were mesmerised.
They thoroughly enjoyed their visit and the gifts were perfect!
Thank you to Father Christmas and all his helpers for a lovely visit and I know the little treats for him and his reindeer will be ready when he comes down our chimney in a few days time.

So we just had Santa come over to our house(doorstep) and I just wanted to say how amazing it was and to say Thanku for making my kids Christmas this year.
As many people are experiencing we are not getting to see any of our family this year and the kids are not getting to their granna. Which the kids have been so upset about. So the visit today really put a smile on their faces and ours!!!
They loved every minute of it and Santa and his helper were so lovely and made it such a nice experience- so thanks so much!!!

I just want you to know and please pass on to the relevant people (Santa!) just how wonderful that zoom call was this evening. You can use this as a review (I’m not on social media so wouldn’t know how to leave one) as it was honestly one of the most heartfelt, charming Santa chats we’ve experienced and his humour and the silly elf and huskie interactions round the screen really made my kids chuckle.
Seeing their faces when santa knew all the inside info about them was priceless, thank you so much for bringing a lovely bit of magical Xmas cheer into a rather gloomy December!

Dear Father Christmases elf, what a unique way to give my children this feeling of ‘you are with them’, they tried to kiss the screen, they were absolutely measmerised from start to finish…………..and so much more.
I have to say we did doubt what could be brought to our kitchen breakfast bar but with all this Covid restrictions it was truely magical, well done to you all, we will come to see him in person next year as he asked us to, so we will.

We loved our experience down at the Ice Rink before Christmas. Very personal, unhurried, lovely environment and the fact the children could choose their own toy from a lovely selection (which wasn’t cheap tat) was an added bonus. In comparison to other ‘grottos’ and experiences in the town it was exceptional value for money! ‘We’ve never had a family portrait done before and to have such a wonderful record of a great morning makes it even more special. ‘We’ve also never taken our daughter to see Santa before and I don’t think we’ll take her anywhere but your grotto again, it was just wonderful. From Mrs Christmas on arrival, to the super toy from Santa’s sack (played with non-stop since!), to the lovely picture which now has pride of place on her bedside table our girl had a such a fantastic time’…. It was absolutely fantastic the Santa was spot on, We have been to a few over the years and yours is by far the best, the kids were amazed. Your pricing is fantastic and what we received was brilliant.
Also I was very impressed with the cost of the extra photos, to be honest I was expecting nothing less than a tenner a photo but you have got it spot on, Excellent value, brilliant setting, first class photo and excellent pricing, we will be back next year !!!!

Dear organiser, I don’t feel I will ever take my children to a grotto again and wait for 1 hour and have a really disappointing time, this was by far quite amazing and no queues, he even knew there names, well done to your team, we will be back next year….. Davina Elliott, Tonbridge
